Good team, Myler will be missed however. I hope we've been practising not leaving our arms extended in rucks. :smt009

Myler is a really big loss for them.

We have a good chance to win this, the weather is set fair for a running game, but Williams needs to kick his goals, I just hope he doesn't get intimidated by the hostile atmosphere.

Can't wait!!

Objectively speaking there's very little between the teams; we might edge it in the forwards but they have a more settled squad and home advantage. It's going to be a hell of a game!

It is a good team, but I always look down a team sheet and say to myself, who would I start for my team.
The short answer is maybe Luther Burrell, none of the others would get into our first XV just now.

North for Thomstone, Foden for Scotty, Lawes for Deacon?

More like the hostile 4, watch out for those late hits Owen!
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

People forget me including that he made a huge kick in the Ulster away game to get us the LBP which was vital and Ravenhill is a extremely hostile place.

He isn't a burns/Ford player he doesn't create something out of nothing but he seems more consistent. He looks more robust than Flood.

Lots of close calls on who we would take over our own players

Hartley and Youngs would be close
Lawes would be a shoo in
The two scrum halves would be mighty close
North would deffo play
Allen and Burrell very close call
Would take both our props over theres
Wood over Crane for me
Would keep our flankers over theres everyday and don't know much about their ten

Promises to be a cracker. ..just hope the ref doesn't decide the outcome....

When they signed Fotuali'i he was said to be able to pay 9 or 10, so in Myler's absence would it not have made sense to play him at 10 since Dickson is supposed to be England's second choice 9 at the mo?

OTY is way better than Dylan in every facet of the game and he doesn't stand up in every scrum.
Lawes better than Kitch or Slates....no he's a 6 playing out of position.
North can run with the ball in his hand, but he can't tackle.turn or position himself well.
Wood isn't their first choice at 8, he wouldn't be mine either.
Foden is not the player he was, Tait is better for us.
As I said Luther , probably, the rest would be in the mix,but over the last few games would not make our team on form.

How long do you give it until Lawes puts his first late tackle into Williams? The guy literally can't help himself. I suspect that Barnsey will be keeping a close eye on it.
If we do see mr Lawes treating our half-backs like the 'smash-o-meter', I dare say Cockerill will stay in his seat and fill up his swear box!
Let's hope Barnsey shows a bit more concern for player welfare than at Twickenham. :smt018

Around about a quarter of a second after OW has passed the ball, but only if OW isn't looking.
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….
