The drop down menu used to give various choices, but this has gone in the last forum upgrade.

Not a great post at all - the advice is basically a red-herring. It only sets the language of the forum on your PC/Mac/Tablet etc. Spell checking and keyboards are a function of your browser and OS settings respectively.
