Customer service, your opinion?

Hi, If possible I would be grateful if anyone on the forum has few spare seconds to answer the following very simple questions below please. The projects module on my sports science/management course requires data to be statistically analysed using an SPSS data program.
Managed to get quite a few opinions yesterday evening, but hopefully can boost them up by posting it on here!

1. In your opinion do you think the Leicester Tigers customer service is – (Excellent), (satisfactory) or (poor)?

2. (Male) or (Female)?

3. (Season ticket holder) or (non season ticket holder)

4. Age range: (under 20), (21-40), (41-60) or (61+)

As a piece of primary research, your questions are so ill defined that the data will have no validity whatsoever. What do you mean "customer service"? By whom, to whom, where, etc? Your choice of three responses does not encourage decision making - use even number of choices.

Lastly, this is not a rugby related thread - what is it doing here, it should be on the chit-chat forum, and yes, I am a university lecturer (amongst other things)!

Basically this is a preliminary piece of research in order get to grips with of SPSS and has been given the go ahead by our lecturer. Obviously the questions are very basic but we have been told to keep it very simple at this early stage in the module.

Tigersfan90, you still need to explain what customer service you mean? I am assuming you mean the Tigers ticket office? The club shop?

Also, don't assume people understand jargon. What does ' in order get to grips with of SPSS' mean? Is that English?

Yes, any dealings you’ve had with staff in the club shop, food and drink outlets and ticket office etc. Very general as mentioned previously. Sorry, SPSS is a statistics computer software program we're using to test whether the results collected are statistically significant or not. Thanks.
