It is annoying that of all the rugby today, both games are S14 - after being at WR today, I feel they've missed a trick and not televised one of the best games of the season.

That said, maybe Sky are doing a Sarries, and catering for the vast number of SH rugby fans resident in the UK? Let controversy reign!

If you care to read what i wrote, i referred to the rugby today - the issue I have is that foreign rugby games are being showcased seemingly at the expense of a cracking top of the table match.

Had Sky been there maybe the try in the first half would have been given.
It is a mystery as to why some of the games are not on Saturdays. Rugby league and southern hemisphere.

today i believe they had (at the time tigers were playing) davis cup tennis on one channel, eurpean indoor athletics championship on another, which left 1 channel which was always going to be showing football.

for us to be on today we'd of had a 1 or 6 o'clock kick of which would of got even more complaints about dodgy kick off times to suit tv

The David Cup without Andy Murray is a bit of a damp squib.

Our other players only just creep into the top 200.

And who the hell watches athletics except in the Olympics and Commonwealth Games?

Even athletes don't watch it, judging by the empty stadia.

Rugby should have been on today.

On all three channels!!

No, no!! I was at Welford Road and well chuffed!!

No Welford Road home games should ever be televised in any circumstances.

Then us with season tickets get to see them and the heathen miss them!!

I too am a pensioner. But I do manage to purchase a season ticket. And I agree with your sentiments on lack of coverage on TV.

Mind you the radio feed on Guiness Premiership keeps me entertained when we play away.

Over the course of a given season I am very happy with Sky's coverage of Rugby Union, both domestic and foreign. I also approve of their desire to show a lot of sports that even the bottom feeding BBC sports department wouldn't dream of showing (netball is a current favourite, and not for the reason Kinny is probably thinking).

I look forward to their 2 live games tomorrow.

Well yes, I agree with you on that Bill.

Seriously though, Netball is an enjoyable sport to watch.
