No, not a marmite fan, my son and I prefer vegemite. Nutella would be nice, but wouldn't last very long in this household!

She's not Aussie. She's from New Zealand. :D
Besides, you get vegemite over here too. My sister loves the stuff.
You felt that Julian White could have scrummaged until midnight, he was enjoying it so much.

I have always thought that Vegemite was a kiwi thing, but I have just had a bit of a search and it was first made in Australia. Learn something new everyday. How bout that.

ive never had vegemite. whats it like exactly? is it nice? and what is the difference between that and marmite? sorry for my vegemite ignorance!

Alright I will run a little experiment: identify the differences (if any) between vegemite and marmite. - got both in the fridge..hang on....
COLOUR: Marmite is a little darker
CONSISTENCY: Much the same, maybe marmite a little tackier
SMELL: MArmite stronger
TASTE: this one is hard. Vegemite seems to have a saltier taste, and after taste. Marmite leaves sweet after taste.
Do they have vegemite in the UK? SOmeone else may be able to comment on differences.
