im a 38 year old female,i,ve tried throughout my life to have male freindships,it hasn't gone well.As im attractive - sounds awful to say that but now,at my age,i have to accept it - it does me no favours.im a threat to women (even though im the most moral person ever)and sex always gets in the way with men.i get on better with men,i enjoy sports, sports events, i love to go to the pub, socialising, but it always ends in awkward moments despite my best efforts to not give off signals.men bond further with long standing male friends by many means, but men and women are always aware that further bonding is,eventually, going to be sexual.thats when i lose my freinds........

Thanks for the compliment, but I'm afraid my ancestors are all from the England (specifically the Vale of Belvoir) dating back to when dirty old Henry VIII was a twinkle in is dad's eye.

Wato, I work in Hinckley. Would you like a platonic relationship? It's not a problem that you're atttactive as I'm pug-ugly.

Don't listen to her.

I'm a perfect gentleman, and harmless. But not young, I'm afraid!

There are land masses that are younger!

Wato, it is a sad thing isn't it. I much prefer the company of men, but you can be viewed with suspicion. The best time I had was when I was singing in a punk band and my band and everyone's bands were guys. Bliss. No one wiffling on about hair dos. And no-one questioned it because you were the singer and your band members got all brotherly and protective about you, so no one was allowed to bother you.

Kinny, i will propose you for an honourary Italian citizienship!!!
Wato, there's me too, if you want. I'm 36 years old, and, most important, i'm miles away from you...damn, i can't reach you! This is the best way for a platonic relationship (until i will take the airplane to England..).

Right, I'm joking, don't call police, but it's true. Maybe there's something wrong in me, but only my education, my social or professional circumstances can keep a woman i like at distance (friendship, or what you want call it). My instinct tells me other, but i know how shut it up

That's a terrific line!

Now then CT, our platonic relationship is underway.

The band that I was in was called Apple Pasty Slag Heap.

Now tell me yours.

Slightly off thread but not.

I am crazy about my second wife and I think much of the reason is that she is a man in a very attractive woman's skin.

She was brought up with males and frankly hasn't much time for women. She drives, in my opinion like a man (I've given her advanced lessons) and it is always Chris that says about a ditherer, 'I bet it's a :censored: woman'.
She keeps her horses, I think, how a man would and doesn't rug them up by mid September.
She is decisive and can hold her own in most nasty situations. She decorates and gardens while I shop, cook, potwash and manage the money.

CT and Wato sound like my kind of girls.
Bit late though now I'm afraid. I'm in touch with my feminine side!!!!
