dont just sit around on your wing all day - come in field and hunt for the ball, cut inside, kick if you have to -

"if you can beat somone for pace, chip and chase"

come inside the centres and scream for the ball, annoy your opposite number - thats all i can think of.

If one of your centers goes on a run, support, and if he goes to floor, ruck. Its extremely annoying if your a forward and backs don't ruck
But basically, run fast, tackle hard and score trys

Drop back to cover the near touchline and support your fullback on opposing scrummages and lineouts; and keep a tab on your opposite number at all times.

Hope these tips are of some help to you, mate. :oD

You're in for a long stand waiting for a pass.

Ball should NEVER go beyond 10.

All the girls do is drop the ruddy thing so don't let them have it in the first place!

When I played at school (a long time ago) I was both fast and big. Aha another Lomu you say. Well not that big or fast. The trouble is I was, and am, extremely short sighted - before contact lenses were the norm. I would stand on the wing and everything was a blur. Even if they slung a long pass out to me I couldn't see it coming. Far easier to stay with the forwards and stick with the grunt.

Not much help, but I can see where Big D is coming from.

Buy a pair of long-johns and a good book, It's cold a lonely out there most of the time.

Sorry, but being 20+ stones and flat footed, I was never cut out to be a winger.
