Rude 6N Interruptions

Post by Tiger Eye »

Another year of putting up with the rude interruptions of soccer results appearing on the screen every 20 seconds.

Not to mention the extremely frustrating cut-away to the footy just as the final whistle blew for England and Scotland which meant we didn't get to hear the players and man of the match Jonny speaking, or words from the studio commentators - there has to be an end to this it's really rude and frustrating - from a rugby fan's point of view.

But they did get an interview with jonny after the match. and there was enough coverage at the end of the game, no less than usual.

TBH i dont no what yur talking about.

I barely notice the footy scores in the corner and it seems your one of the few bothered by them.

I agree that its annoying that in one sport they have to update us of another. (Especially Football) Stupid

I was watching it on BBC 1 and after the whistle blew the players shook hands with each other etc. - then it cut straight to some footy thing..... :? I think it may have been northern Irish footy so maybe what you see over in the UK may be different I ain't sure -but I went ballistic :x I really didn't see any of the interviews or the Calcutta Cup being presented - very annoyed indeed....I can't figure it out to be honest.

Yes but do we get GP updates every week during the footy. NO. So why should we get the updated during an international. This country need to stop putting Football so high up.

Media has football as the only game after cricket. they've both done well on a national level recently. We have at least got England 6 nations games back on the BBC, so I can put up with a bit of footy news. Just a shame BBC hasn't manage to get rid of Butler!

watched on sky and then red button - very good coverage.

The annoying interruptions was muppets who thought it is ok to call me during the game.

I can't see what everyone's problem is! I got no interruptions after. Had the boys out front getting the calcutta cup and then jonny's interview then talks in the studio at twickenham... i am in gloucestershire, maybe it's different coverage in different regions... :?

 Good idea to leave it off the hook!!

It's always that one time that someone calls or phones - and prior to that it's usually months sinse the last time you saw them!

Well, tomorrow I'm gonna pretend I'm dead or something - tell my mate to tell them the horrible news of my death and then I'll call them back afterwards - hopefully feeling great about the result like you English, and tell them I'm alive and well, just.
