Bristol Fans v Tigers fans

Post by tonythetiger »

I've had an offer of a game of Bristol supporters v Tigers supporters to raise funds for the Matt Hampson Trust. Are there any takers, do we have a supporters team? I don't know the answers to any of this but will be happy to pass on the details.

I don't believe there is a "fans" team, but I'd be more than up for playing in that game.

Got to have a hip replacement next week so I guess that rules me out. If its not for a couple of months I could carry the water - or the Guinness!!!

I should warn you that the Bristol supporters team are quite good so don't think that this will be a bunch of 40 year old couch potatoes who fancy a gentle game of touch!

They've played together before in competitive matches on more than one occasion for a start.

Not sure that should be too much of an issue, if we can raise a few quid for Matt then surely anything's worth a go...?
