Fridays game is on channel SC4, but the commentary will be in welsh.

Tonight's game (Ospreys V Glawster) is on BBC 2W. You can get it on Sky, and it's in English.

BBC2 Wales is channel 991 on sky ....

Yes, but S4C is on 135 in Welsh.

As they did last year, the BBC is showing games on freeview digital - They dont seem to publicise it. If you don't have sky or a ticket, you MAY get tomorrows game on the BBC interactive channels, 301, 302 (most likely) or 303.
Watching Ospreys hammer Glos. at the mo on 302. Unfortunately you have to put up with Welshcommentery, or the even worse fan zone commentary in English

not a bad thought, but I'm not that "up" on what's being shown where

I think after the weekend there may be a "weeding of stickies" so we may do it then.
