At least you grabbed it while it was there Pam. Got to drive to Truro in a minute and think I may be going sideways.

Floor 19 of a new multi-storey in Coventry city centre was rather windy. 10kg tins of resin were being blown off the top deck. Unlucky brickies!

Theres a lesson here, no matter how much your postgrad course costs don't work in industrial flooring. Its :censored:.

Just got back from walking the 40mins from the pub, yes stupid but was a rather enjoyable walk apart from the wind almost knocking me over a couple of times.

Glad I had my hair cut short because was bad enough at the length it was!
Nice...vaguely sobering walk home!

This wind is doing my head in,

WIND + DLL = MP WITH A MOUTHFUL OF DLL's(PEEVED OFF)

I'm telling you I get enough protein already, I swear the blighters are using it as an excuse to poison me!

it's raining here, but not particularly hard - and not particularly windy either. Just humid muggy and grey....and it's giving me a headache.

I hate to say it, but bring on the frosty crisp mornings!

Technically speaking, it is now officially autumn - the last day of summer being September 20/21st. However, the autumnal equinox (the time when day and night are of equal length) is the 23rd - tomorrow(at 4.03 if you want the exact time as well!)
It's also the pagan festival of Mabon - which celebrates the harvest, the waning of the circle of the year etc

Thanks Rizzo. I'm going to breathe deeply and count my crops. I hate when the nights draw in, but that kind of puts a nice edge on it. :D
