Let’s just let the referee make all the decisions unless there is foul play. Too many delays waiting for 3 or 4 re-plays

It does make you wonder if other than for foul play we go back to them not chipping in. Yes there would be the odd mistake but they’re not infallible now
This would be my preferred option, or only offering input when directly asked by the ref about a specified point in the play.

TMO seems to want a red Barnes rightly saying its not foul play, a weaker ref caves in to that

First view I thought it was red but brilliantly handled by Barnes. He had wrapped the ball in both arms

also Henderson should go as well if that's a red for tackling whilst upright he tackles properly the incident never happens

Mine too, foul play or when asked by the ref. Too many refs just accept what they say. Last night a case in point

That’s a great point ,if that balls carried in lower that could’ve been head on head

Good decision by Wayne B. I sense frustration in his voice with Stuart Ha Ha. This is only the 2nd time I've heard this commentator; I know he's been around for ages but he's poor compared to the BT pair.

He's been Sky's rugby commentator for years but normally Stuart Barnes is taking everyone's ire

This is the voice we used to get when Sky covered the premiership. Stuart Barnes best mate

Scott1 wrote: Sat Mar 19, 2022 5:48 pm It could have been a double movement and it could’ve been short. I initially thought it was a crawl. But i only saw it once ,not sure how many times the TMO would’ve saw it before he flagged it up
It was like the try in the corner at Welford Road where the TMO seemed determined to keep showing the same perfectly good try in the hope that the ref might have a change of mind when one look was ample.

Now he is trying to argue an arm holding the ball contacting the tacklers chest is a forearm smash to the head of the tackler! Wayne Barnes is showing the TMO why he is right and not being persuaded otherwise. Well done Mr Barnes. TMO please shut up and let the game continue and accept the ref is the senior official at the match.
