It was at least one part of the club that was acting professional.
Most of us tend not to like doing work during our holidays...
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Australia have not allowed people to enter the country for some time and are still restricting movements into the country. He has been working all through the pandemic and deserves to have some time back with his family in Oz.
What a novel idea......

Fair enough, he does a great job for the club and should be able to enjoy his holiday.

Forgive me if I'm being ridiculous, but wouldn't it be normal to have a plan to cover his work when he goes on holiday? Perhaps an understudy who can take over his duties, or someone from another department?

I'm not bothered about the LTTV interviews, I think it's become pretty clear that they are no more than corporate PR exercises, despite Sam's best efforts. However, it is worrying that an entire function of the club would completely stop when one person goes on holiday.

Fans are crying out for communication and the club are saying "sorry guys, Sam's on holiday, so we can't talk to you until January"?

I nominate the Polar Bear.

It really sums up the club at present in some ways.

Gary Sherrard is still around at Tigers and is no doubt covering things for the time being.
