Posh Richard and I finished the game honours even with Richard cursing monsieur Raynal for his guesswork and Austin for his interventions.

Being slightly less than sober we concluded we are two old gentlemen losing patience with the game. Too many dickheads mucking around with laws that simply needed applying, as they were, properly. If you don't understand it, go and watch soccer.

A game ruined when it turned professional. In our humble opinions of course.

So we have a European cup won by non Europeans? Yet more fuel to the fire that commercial factors are driving (ruining?) the game we both played and enjoyed.
