What, like when its head's poking out?

Surely you'll be busy with hot water and towels?

Had a good night Dibble? If that didn't work definitely try the long walks. Combination worked with both of mine, both early. Well wouldn't you want to get the hell out?

Best of luck :smt001 Aaaah.

Long walks? Isn't there a danger that you go into labour on the Penine Way or somewhere really remote?

As I'm not the pregnant one I guess I could send her out for a long walk so I can have my 6 or 7 rugby match fest on the sofa in peace on Saturday...

4 days late now!

Whilst not wishing to be a pessimist, my work colleague was two weeks overdue before having her baby in January.

Well if he refuses to budge for another 6 days they'll induce her. I prefer to let nature run it's course.....and give me time to finish decorating

Our first one was a week late.

We ended up two days away from being induced, which Mrs Gonzo was desperate to avoid.

So, the curries got hotter and hotter and the evening walk progressively longer.

I needed the walks to burn off the calories from the non-stop curry eating!

Mrs Gonzo is not the most adventurous curry eater - she's a korma girl. However, during pregnancy, she developed a taste for fabulously hot curry - it was great! As soon as little one arrived, even a mild curry was too hot for her. I find this whole pregnancy/food thing amazing.

Mine hasn't been too bad on the food front. No cravings as such except for Muller fruit corners quite early on. She has, however, developed a strange obsession of sniffing my alcoholic beverages as she has completely abstained from drink for the duration.

I went insane for Cheese and Onion crisps, but I couldn't stand tea or coffee, or garlic in any form. At least your wife isn't doing what one of my ex-workmates did, Dibble - consuming vast quantities of custard creams dipped in tomato soup :smt078
