Thought the team did well in last game of season. You can see signs of real Ryan’s improvement from their early season games.

Sort, no idea who Ryan is! I thought I was typing real progress and improvement. Blame it on autocorrect

Not great news, hope it’s not a sign of things to come for the women’s team.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 9:02 am https://www.leicestertigers.com/news/ma ... easons-end

Reading the statement it reads more a Vicky led decision. She's done an incredibly tough job of founding a team and it has been a massive effort, it may be that she is just ready to pass the baton on to someone to build on the foundations and structure she's built.

Why do people always jump to thinking it’s money difficulties?

I agree it sounds more like her decision but I would’ve thought she’d have stayed until at least the end of next season. The first season in the premierships was always going to be hard, next season is the real test. Just hope they do get a replacement and soon as we know how change in head coach can impact a team.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 10:19 amReading the statement it reads more a Vicky led decision. Probably because Tigers have lost 14-15 players from the beginning of the season and have only signed 3 to date.RagingBull wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 10:47 am Why do people always jump to thinking it’s money difficulties?

Of the leavers it’s more like 9 that weren’t stop gap signings or senior academy to begin with.ay2oh wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 11:21 amProbably because Tigers have lost 14-15 players from the beginning of the season and have only signed 3 to date.RagingBull wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 10:47 am Why do people always jump to thinking it’s money difficulties?
And of those 9, 4 are prob being replaced by players in the squad already.
Dolly -> FTT/Vanes
Richardson -> AVDF/Hoyt
Atkinson -> Brown (him leaving allowed us to keep Brown)
Cokanasiga -> woodward
