Well at least Saints supporters will be orgasmic over Mitchell and perhaps Ben Youngs days as an England starting 9 are now behind him barring injuries and rotation.
Suggests the original selection was wrong...if true.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

Tbh I'd be quite excited if it is Mitchell and Care because we at least know how we are gonna approach the game!

Thats only if they get quick ball to use. If not they are poor decision makers.

Ireland have gone almost full bore for Romania... Its going to be a massacre. Romania looked in bad shape coming into the tournament.

Easy triple captain or super kicker on the RWC fantasy game then! Although I'm not going to play it,registered but don't like the set up

Of the 9 Tigers in the RWC

5 start: Montoya, Wiese, Cole, Chessum & Steward

2 bench: Reffell & Martin

2 not playing: Kata - no R1 games & Youngs not selected
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

The leak was spot on then! Curry is a huge risk but Borths knows what he’s doing, wait a minute…….

I do think the risk is mitigated somewhat by all of the 2nd row options also covering back row. (And all 3 of them being 80min players themselves).

So there are essentially 2 back row substitutes to be used if required.

It does help that all of our second row are more than capable of putting in a shift in the back row. Makes picking the reserves a hell of a lot easier

Things were always pretty tight lipped during Steve's time at Tigers, I wonder if the loose lips can be attributed to players from other clubs.

My guess is that it is the England set up and media teams leaking to gain column inches in the press and social media. No way that these 'leaks' are not intentionally being fed to preferred reporters.

That still would’ve worked with Willis in the team though. But I hear ya

Are we sure Ben is not injured? Nothing I have seen from either of these scrum halves make me think this is a good idea against Argentina. :smt017

A past it May and missile boot Daly (how does he slide into big games) on the wings. The whole backs look flat. As for the pack we have the out of form Itoje, the just fit Chessum and Curry, the old boot Lawes and Coley who really isn’t going to make a dent in that Argentina front row.
