oh, and by the way - im very much for an outside coach and will be disappointed if thye recruit from within and would most like a coaching re-shuffle (a la jake white) with atleast SOME Tigers element in there - if we appoint back i'll be disappointed but if he has genuinely won the race for it by presenting the best idea i will support the decision as the Board are in a better position than me to make that decision.
