If George needs an op to remove an in growing toe nail get it done and remove him from the tour on medical grounds, Steve can't have him until he stops breaking him.
Can you imagine the comments he would have made had Jones kept sending him back injured?

Doesn't affect us technically... Wiese is banned for 6 games.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

On the plus side, that would remove the threat of him going to Wales for his international career but my concern is that once he hits 25 caps, it also leaves him free to go for the big money in France etc.
