Transferring Season tickets for a match

Does anybody know if I can still transfer my season tickets for a match and if so how do I do it please ?

You can do online if you can get into your account in the "tickets" section on Tigers site. You can get them to email the match ticket to whoever. If you can't get into your account call the ticket office and they can do the same. They then take the match off your card. Hope that helps.
