Is BV confirmed as leaving and is it at end of contract or is he being bought out? The sort of incident which if true, might make Sarries terminate his contract and obviate any buy out payment.

Am I misremembering it but isn't this a similar thing to why Cowan-Dickie had his move to France cancelled?

I thought that was an insurance issue to do with a neck injury, it just so happened he also got arrested when he went to visit the club I think

Rumour I heard was that LCD knew he wasn't going to pass the French medical due to the neck injury so he went out on the lash, didn't turn up at the ground for the second day of his trip there.
