Is there a ref in the whole wide world that meets your standards?
Easy enough sitting & watching on TV.

Makes you wonder where the TMO was...

McNiece finally got to the point - it may have been grounded but he couldn’t see it.

Shouldn’t have taken that long - it just built more pressure and fan unrest.

Scotland robbed but a gutless TMO, Berry was ready to rightly give the try but the TMO bottled it

Right result in the end though. Directly before Scotlands try and Frances yellow there was a blatant turnover penalty on Frances line not given so things evened themselves out. TMO was absolutely right,he was following Berrys onfield decision and the question he asked

its about time they did something to stop defenders flopping all over that situation, no other time in the game is it allowed, its done solely to block the view of the camera's if they do so 5m scrum to the attacking side should be given and it has to take place even if the clock is red

Berry couldn’t see the ball grounded so right call on the pitch, and by the TMO there was no footage of the ball definitely grounded.
Fair play to young Tuilagi I believe it was his huge arm that got in the way

Does Tuilagi wear boots on his hands?

I suspect he meant it was him who blocked the view of the camera

If you look closely it’s his arm that comes in after the ball landed on the boot. Sorry if that wasn’t clear
