I'd quite like Dickson to ref England, I think he's becoming a really good referee.

Probably speaking too soon.... but I, also, think he's very much improved. He was 'dodgy' in the beginning that's for sure!

I agree with this. There are certainly far worse and I would be happy to have him ref Tigers at the moment.

Dickson was overpromoted too fast, his ability has now caught up with his status

I thought he only became dodgy after the first season, or when the coaching of refs got to him more. His first few games showed him to be decisive and also aware of con artists, from his playing experience.
