Re: 23/24 Injury/Suspension/Absent International List
Not Tigers any more but Manu Tuilagi will miss start of 6 nations as he’s injured. Who’d have thought it?

Funny sure the Sale line since he signed initially has always been "We will do better with him than Leicester did..."Rugbygramps wrote: ↑Fri Dec 29, 2023 2:23 pmJust read that it’s groin again. Contract is nearly up at Sale, surely doesn’t make sense to retain him
To win is not as important as playing with style!

The bloke they have recruited (Peter Horne the new high performance director) to look for their next head coach is good mates with Schmidt too.sam16111986 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 29, 2023 3:47 pmWould be the most logical solution to their problem. They'll probably announce Chieka's return any day now.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Schmidt would be the ideal recruit for them. Tough taskmaster but with a history of getting international teams playing a direct game plan that scores tries. He really helped rescue the ABs before the world cup.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Fri Dec 29, 2023 5:19 pmThe bloke they have recruited (Peter Horne the new high performance director) to look for their next head coach is good mates with Schmidt too.sam16111986 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 29, 2023 3:47 pmWould be the most logical solution to their problem. Seems to be some rumours flying around about Steve Diamond to Gloucester, though they may not be able to afford to get rid of Skivington for a while yet.

Great player, though throwing more Islanders at his problems seems to be Lam's only gambit.
