Wow! Close call with their number 1 there. Just as well he’s not their number 2...

Don't know enough about the individual Stormers players but I certainly don't recognise many names in their team but do recognise some of the ones who are not there - Evan Roos, Manie Libbok to name 2. We should win this one but I am getting excited again with this cup and want to see how far we can go
Hehehehehehehehe

Dobson the Stormers coach is a shrewd operator. Even if it is a rotated side I'd expect them to be well drilled and make us work hard for the win.

That's a stronger Tigers team than I would have put out, but thankfully I'm not in charge
Guess it makes sense to go strong as possible at home and less strong away? Not sure what the priorities are...

This side should deliver the required points, which could be hard to find later, fancy a tidy win.

DMK seems to be less of a rotator! More play em unless they are injured…. Quite like it.markharbtiger wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 6:31 pm That's a stronger Tigers team than I would have put out, but thankfully I'm not in charge

Indeed, plus not afraid to drop 'em if out of form! That's a difficult thing for a coach to do with top players.Tigersunited wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 9:25 amDMK seems to be less of a rotator! It’s a very good point and just because previous coaches rotated doesn’t mean he will.Tigersunited wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 9:25 amDMK seems to be less of a rotator! After 2 away wins last night a few more today and coaches may have to rethink they’re selection policy to get a decent seed

Don't want to jinx it, but the weather may clear up by kickoff!

I think that in a competition like this and in particular the group we are in, the first match being at home is a deciding factor as to the rest of the competition. Win well and go on, lose and lose again in Paris then reflect on the team selection, do we continue to chase the cup or do we rotate and let the rest fight it out. Its all down to the first few results.fentiger wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 9:45 amIndeed, plus not afraid to drop 'em if out of form!
