If we keep the axis of Montoya, Wiese and Pollard we will be close to winning any match!!

Comfortable win away from home. Just got that look of a team gaining momentum now. Easiest fixture in the league next week to really get the tries flowing and then an away game against a very average Exeter side. Hopefully, by the time we play Bath after Xmas we will be within touching distance of the top four. Just need that core of overseas world class players at 2, 8 and 10 to stay fit.

Great result, not seen the match yet been out all day.
"If you want entertainment, go to the theatre," says Edinburgh head coach Richard Cockerill. "Rugby players play the game to win.15/1/21.

Based on what I saw over the last 3 games, I would certainly start with Kata and Scott in the midfield and leave the rest alone unless Martin is ready for a bench slot. Dan Kelly is not firing yet for me although it could be argued that he needs game time against the weaker opposition in order to get up to speed. Our scrum does worry me though and I am not qualified to say what the problem is other than to believe that we have the coaches to sort it out - have we got the players in all positions, I am not convinced.
Hehehehehehehehe

Scrums not a problem but the artificial pitch was. Gloucester play on it every 2 weeks so are used to it. Cole, Heyes , Cronin and Van Wyk a good set of props.

Great win but next week isn’t the time to make lots of changes! Newcastle can on their day spring a surprise and today’s team need to gel further.
Kata doesn’t have the defence to start so much better coming on as defences get tired: thought Kelly was much better today. Youngs best game yet.
We did today what we needed to as Gloucester have a lot of top players out. It’s unusual for us to play against a team with key players missing!
Good result. Now to build further against Newcastle.

The best game for Ben Youngs for several seasons, (maybe because the dead hand of dreary Eddie has been lifted at last) MOM IMHO.
The scrum was down to a ref who does not understand it, teams have worked out that Hayes being tall cannot cope with last minute movement, Gloucester front row were ducking and diving all the time so making a stable engagement impossible, Cronin as well is a bit slow to react, having said that the ref should look for stability, it is also up to our props to manage the chicanery which is not going to stop any time soon.

Just to add to earlier discussion Steward today 19 carries for nearly 150 metres and 2 try assists.
On top of all the clean catches, yes he dropped one, and yards made through kicking

I do agree Kata is very good off the bench and best game yet from Kelly.
Possibly start with Wells and Rogerson and have Liebenberg and Henderson on the bench as they have had a lot of minutes

The boy did very well …
I’m pretty sure Mike Brown would have caught it though 🎣

Several times Gloucester almost imperceptibly held back at the engage, in fact it was imperceptible to the ref! That was why we looked bad in the scrum :smt017 Always worth remembering that Skivington's coaching set revolves around the pack!

I wonder if that is going to come back and bite him. To be beaten by 18 points in your last 2 home games isn’t great
