I’ve only watched the highlights but he was back on the 2nd half. Wander if it was blood bin a his head was taped up
Yep. Left the field with blood all very his face.

Malia has now been cited....

I really don't understand what is or isn't allowed anymore

Be interesting to know what rule h has been cited under. He is obviously allowed to try and charge the ball down, which he did, but imo it was a reckless challenge which would likely cause an injury to either player. Unusual these days to see a charge down like that players tend to stay on their feet and keep running through

That will be one interesting hearing.

Charge down was successful
Player took off to charge down prior to being kicked

Does this mean that the citing officer thought it met the red card threshold, OR is it a case that it was felt that the citing officer felt given the outcome of a knocked out player that it meant IF it was deemed there to be any foul play involved that it would be a red so cited it so that it gets full scrutiny rather than make the call it was ok?
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

You can see why there's a discussion about red card or no card. I can't really see why when he's clearly knocked out wby the ref allowed play on rather than stopping play.

NZ beat Oz 23-20 with a last minute penalty after Oz were 17-3 up at one stage. Thankfully buys Eddie a bit more time with a much improved performance!

Yes - Wallabies did well in the first half. Overall they should be encouraged with that performance

They looked much better certainly with the young half backs.
Put into context All Blacks had 4 first choice players starting in Retalick Cane Savea and Jordan, and some 3rd choice players.
Still not convinced by Christie and Dmak had a nightmare off the boot.

Better for the Aussies though

I think Dmac will be one of those unfortunate players who is far too good for club level but will never be a mainstay at international level

It will be interesting to see if he makes the final squad. They are a better side with a playmaker at 10 and 15. They will be Mounga and Barrett, but if one goes lame they will need Mackenzie

Japan loose to Fiji 14-35.
Highlights were awful but looked like there were a few cards given out by Sir Carley. Fiji had 3 tries disallowed
