With 39 in the wider squad plus 5 players still rehabbing from injuries with them, I reckon there is still 10 players to cut from the squad, however based on his end of season form it's not close if he makes the squad, only if he makes the 15 or the 23

Genge and probably Marler are in. Vunipola Vs VRR is the remaining question.
