At least we may drop into the Challenge Cup and have a genuine shot at that...
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

I may be wrong but thought one away was URC and one a top 14 team

Hopefully Stormers home and La Rochelle home

although La Rochelle would be great to visit Paris and Dublin are easy trips

Haven't seen that but I am hoping for a French/Ireland away trip next year - hope that we don't get 2 French sides at home - a bit of variety please

I see the new format is working wonders already, not sure there has ever been a more stacked pool in european history!

About the only way it could be worse is Toulouse in for Stade....

If you go by league positions from last season, our pool is more than twice as hard as the other three

Just seen this on twitter

"When you combine the finishing position of each team in their respective comps (the lower the tougher), the first 3 pools are 31, 31 and 30. Pool 4 is 16."

La Rochelle
Leinster
Stormer
Stade

Well....... That's easy
Comes to something when Stade are the weakest team in the pool

Sure but by extension you are saying that you only interested when Tigers have a good chance of winning. Which I just find odd.
I am only interested when Tigers have a fair chance of winning :smt003
Tbf depending on the draw we could end with a very favourable draw, in the last 2 seasons we've been unfortunate to face the tournament favourite in the ¼ finals, get a favourable draw this year, with such a high probability of a group of death the draw could give Tigers a better run to the latter rounds
Seems we have got the draw from hell but as I have said before the competition does not interest me. That said, as long as we play the games we have to and suffer no serious injuries I am happy but I cannot see the club making much dosh out of this competition if any.
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

Sums up the farce of removing the seeding for this comp.

Imagine having Real Madrid, Man City, PSG, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan/Juventus in the same pool in the Champions league? It just wouldn’t happen. Farcical.

Only plus is it gives us some proper tests and good matches - gives the squad some games to sink their teeth into and show what they’ve got.
