Cheering on the Tigers in Detroit.
Previously a slower, shorter, less good looking version of Tom Croft.

Wonder if it went with the usual drama that we used to have when it came to Manu contract renewal time?Rugbygramps wrote: ↑Sun Apr 23, 2023 9:31 pm Manu Tuilagi has extended his contract with Sale until the end of next season

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2022
I get the impression that Sale were a bit firmer than we used to be. Put an offer on the table and said that was it. We then had all the usual headlines of various clubs offering Manu the big deals that never materialised and he signed the Sale offer. Sort of get the feeling that the queue of people wanting to sign him were simply not there this time. Cannot see why he stayed otherwise as it is clear that the World Cup will be his last England games. Hell, we did not even get photos of him at another club's training ground.longlivethecrumbie wrote: ↑Sun Apr 23, 2023 9:37 pmWonder if it went with the usual drama that we used to have when it came to Manu contract renewal time?Rugbygramps wrote: ↑Sun Apr 23, 2023 9:31 pm Manu Tuilagi has extended his contract with Sale until the end of next season

He’s nowhere near the player that he was as losing a few kilos to aid his injury problems has affected his effectiveness.

Dan Lydiate has announced he has played his last game for Ospreys. At 34 and with his injury history can’t really see anyone taking a punt on him.

Anscombe could be a decent pick up for someone. He’s only 31 so 3 or 4 years left yet.
