I'm sure that Tigerbeat posted that he spoke to Jasper recently and quoted Jasper as saying that he was in contract for next year.

Also, I get the impression the 2 days of popcorn the rolling maul guys were talking about might have been Monday and Tuesday - looks to be a new mascot ‘signing’ at 6pm tonight.

I could be wrong, but maybe no more new players or re-signing players announced today.

Just to tidy this up, the two days didn't refer to Monday and Tuesday. It was Tuesday plus one more day's worth. I suspect it is today & it will be new signings, as the media day is being organised for tomorrow. I am highly confident OHC will be one, I also wouldn't be surprised if Josh Bassett will be another, he ticks all the moneyball boxes. I think we could see a centre announced too given DK is likely to spend a lot of time with England moving forward & Guy Porter on the fringes. Otherwise, this has been a closely guarded secret, and has been done whilst Steve was at the club.

Given this week has been planned for a while, Mike Brown might not be included this week, especially if he is on trial at this stage. That will probably come next week if they can agree a deal. On Brown makes sense for the next 6 weeks as cover - experienced pro, knows Wiggy, not on a lot of money - it ticks a lot of boxes. We also have a lot of young guys having to step up into leadership roles now that Steve, Kev and the England boys have left - having another old head around the place is no bad thing at the moment.

So that would be Basset, Hassel-Collins, Potter, Simmons and Steward as signed on back 3 options for next season, assuming Atkinson and Pollard will be the first choice fly-halves and Porter is seen as a centre.

One or two more back 3 players to re-sign or be signed up?

It is highly likely we'll get some new signings just not at 6pm.

The JTC (Junior Tigers Club) logo is all over the 6pm teaser, and it's been in the works for weeks.

I suspect we have a load of signings followed by that finishing off. That said if you scroll up the suspicion is that Brown is still on trial atm and so won't be in any announcements today
