With you on this Scott. They looked in 2nd gear the game and so dangerous all the time. Fully loaded system for them. Not a fan of them but their rugby is very good.

It’s that adage of “could Messi do the business on a cold night at Stoke”. Having the whole of Irelands Rugby Union resources behind them and being able to rest a will in the league may not cut the mustard in the Premiership.Scott1 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 4:50 pmHave a huge feeling Lancaster will be found out at R92 next season. There's a huge difference being in the background at Leinster to being in the spotlight in France.

Saying that, with the French teams attitude towards away games it might suit him!Dr H Flashman MBE wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 5:46 pmIt’s that adage of “could Messi do the business on a cold night at Stoke”. Agree re Van Staden, it does make you wonder whether there were other factors involvedDr H Flashman MBE wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 5:40 pm It’s amazing to see Van Staden playing again, but kind of strange. Leaving us with concussions but now playing at another high level (literally with the stadium). Hope he doesn’t get another serious injury that affects his life after rugby.
Have 20p on Exeter to win and 31 more points to be scored…

Really enjoying this Bulls v Exeter game. I like that South African teams are in the European cups…probably like it more because Dalaglio said he didn’t agree with it!!

Shocking decision that by the replacement ref to red card Slade, yellow at worse
Re: Other Fixtures - 13-15th January 2023

One of those games you are glad you haven’t got tickets for… 3 nil win would be a bit of an anomaly.

Never a red. Seems harsh as there didn’t seem to be a high degree of danger to the player.

Draw due to weather conditions would be a great result for us, in terms of top 2 in Pool BDr H Flashman MBE wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 6:56 pmOne of those games you are glad you haven’t got tickets for… 3 nil win would be a bit of an anomaly.

That looks a nasty head blow to Yendle. He crumpled like a boxer.

I've watched a few matches this weekend and I can't help but think (despite our critique) that prem refs are much better than a lot of these other plums and perhaps we should be more gratefulDr H Flashman MBE wrote: ↑Sat Jan 14, 2023 6:57 pm Never a red.
