No matter who is in the Saracens side, you normally know what you're going to get. Strong D, play for territory and squeeze. We've been there with much stronger sides Vs their weaker sides and got beaten so I'm very pleased with a win on their (plastic) patch.

It was, as any win is, great but Sarries had been thrashed in their previous PC games.
Well done Tigers: a good win but as usual plenty to improve upon.

This is what I don’t understand they must have had a qualified hooker on the bench, so as others have suggested can only assume that the 6 was a hooker playing out of position

presumably its just convention that the hooker throws in and not an actual rule, I've often wondered why the 9, usually a more skilled player doesn't do it with the hooker standing to latch at the back of the maul

Anyone can throw in. I’m of an age where I can remember it being part of the wingers role. Tigers own Peter BRACE Wheeler was one of the first real exponents at hooker.

Standing sideways on and throwing 1 handed, bit like a fast bowler. Been there, done it.

Whilst we're ensured 2nd in our group I don't think there's a scenario that we can qualify as the best runner up.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.
