I would agree but a lot of that is down to poor technique

He missed touch with us 3 points down in the last 5 min in the first PRC game so it isn't a one off really. He's still developing though so lets not be too harshRugbygramps wrote: ↑Tue Sep 27, 2022 7:45 pmI would agree but a lot of that is down to poor technique
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Oh I know and it’s something he can improve. Maybe Handre can give him a few lessons while he isn’t doing anything else.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Tue Sep 27, 2022 7:50 pmHe missed touch with us 3 points down in the last 5 min in the first PRC game so it isn't a one off really. Maybe had my tigers rose tinted glasses on, but before kick off I expected us to be bossing this. Been second in most areas.
Front row are under massive pressure.
Midfield looks passive.
Walsh has been off the pace.
Positives, Janssen has been brutal, Illone too. And we’re only 3 points behind.

Seems all to familiar a good forwards performance save the scrum and we only ever look like scoring through the forwards. Back play is poor as per.
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

The 9, 10, 12 and 13 are vastly inexperienced. I was expecting more of what happened last week tbh. Maybe need a bit of experience in that backline. Ideally at 10 or 12.FrontRowUnionMember wrote: ↑Tue Sep 27, 2022 8:00 pm Maybe had my tigers rose tinted glasses on, but before kick off I expected us to be bossing this. Been second in most areas.

Scrum penalty last one of the first half and their loosehead has now been replaced.
Pleased no replacements gives them a chance to put things right.

Awful from hand but faultless off the tee

People do realise that the development squad are still developing, right? This seems like a surprise to some.

That defensive set was pretty insane if we stopped them

Ilione is a step up. Like the look of Edwards. Shelley has some wheels but is still raw.

Yep. If there are injuries I’d fancy Ilione slotting in.Rugbygramps wrote: ↑Tue Sep 27, 2022 8:33 pm Ilione is a step up. Like the look of Edwards. Shelley has some wheels but is still raw.
