They also have an away game on Wednesday to try and fund too...
Time is severely running out on them...

The away game is going to be interesting. I assume it is a cup game. If so, they cannot be allowed to forfeit the cup match and stay in the league as otherwise I suspect that half the teams in the cup would do likewise.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 3:37 pm They also have an away game on Wednesday to try and fund too...

Suggested on Worcester fan forum that communication by staff to the media/public has now been blocked and staff threatened with discipline.
If correct then "how to make friends and influence people". I say that not just for the staff but the supporters.
Rugby Union - Union means United and I think all rugby fans are that for the Worcs players, staff and supporters.

I know someone who works at Warriors as part of one of the backroom teams and he's not had a day off in a fortnight and is still due 35% of his salary from August.
In light of what's gone on, you can't blame whoever posted that tweet bearing in mind what's gone on!
Re: Worcester’s woes
Can anyone summarise or print the tweet as it seems to have disappeared?

Re: Worcester’s woes
From memory it stated thanks for all the hardwork of staff giving up significant time, effort to get to a point that the game is on, despite them being owed 35% of wages or in some cases all wages
Complained about poor communication from the club leadership (read as owners no criticism read into of Steve Diamond etc)
Asked that the current leaders pass on amd complete the sale of the club ASAP

This a link to someone who saved the pic I think. It's the statement as it was put out on the official Worcester feed

Re: Worcester’s woes
Am I understanding rightly from the Worcs forum that the offer to buy has been rejected and they are now seeking new finance?

This seems to suggest that they have turned down an offer

I hope the current owners have the good grace not to show their faces at the weekend. The ungrateful money grabbing lowlifes deserve to be ejected from the club at the earliest opportunity.

On the unoffy a poster has remarked that it is a pity Exeter have changed their branding otherwise Sunday's game would have been Cowboys vs Indians.
