This is always a fun if largely silly discussion. Very much an off season thread! If picking a team to play tomorrow (presuming all fit of course) it would probably be something like:

.Ellis Genge
.Julian Montoya
.Tadgh Furlong
.Eben Etzebeth
.Maro Itoje
.Tom Curry
.Ardie Savea
.Beka Gorgadze

.Antoine Dupont
.Romain Ntamack

.Damian Penaud
.Samu Kerevi
.Lukhanyo Am
.Cheslin Kolbe
.Freddie Steward

.Malcolm Marx
.Steven Kitshoff
.Frans Malherbe
.Tadgh Bierne
.Kazuki Himeno
.Aaron Smith
.Beaudan Barrett
.Semi Radrada

If Retallick can re-find his best he'd stroll back in.

Inside centre is tough where I went for Kerevi's power over Henshaw's incredible consistency. Am is a shoe in at 13 though, felt that Kerevi was the better partner.

Number 8 is also tough without too many standout candidates. It was between Gorgadze and Aldritt for me. I went with Gorgadze as I felt he complimented the rest of the pack better.

I was tempted by Piutau or Tuisova on the left wing but Penaud just does everything so well. He's one of my favourite players to watch at the moment. Will Jordan falls into a similar bracket but just behind Penaud for me.
