Bristol Bears have arranged a fixture with South Africa. I checked the date, it's not April 1st.
On Brizz's current form it won't even be a training session for the Boks.

Re: Brizz to play South Africa
Probably makes sense as during the Autumn Bristol won’t have many players missing apart from Genge and maybe Sinkler!

If you do it right you should make money on it.

Re: Brizz to play South Africa
Indeed. I guess it depends how much the opposition is costing them - I guess it's not less than a fairly high six figure number. If played at home grounds probably only Bris, Tigers or Wasps could make it work.
Re: Brizz to play South Africa
Does anyone know what the match fee is for any international team? There was a story a couple years ago that the All Blacks wanted £3 million to play England at Twickenham and Fiji had to pay NZ$250,000 to play the Maori All Blacks in 2019.
