But we currently have 15 wins and two losses, and 70 points. I expect that will change by the end of the season

Yep. We’ll have more points and more wins.northerntiger wrote: ↑Sat Feb 26, 2022 8:02 pm But we currently have 15 wins and two losses, and 70 points. I expect that will change by the end of the season
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

Something that's gone under the radar only Irish have gotten more TBP than us.

That's definitely a big turn about as bonus points of any or all varieties were an absolute weakness of ours.RagingBull wrote: ↑Sun Feb 27, 2022 2:54 pm Something that's gone under the radar only Irish have gotten more TBP than us.
No, not that one!
Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...
I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Glass still half full, just a bigger glass nowTigerCam wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 2:27 pmif the Tigers do in fact beat Sarries tomorrow (I believe they can) then it is another good step forward. Typical of Barnes to come out with such a loose prediction so early in the season. IMO, right now the Tigers are way off being a title contending side but with the continued hard work that is being put in by all, come next Feb we should know it a title shot is on. My glass is half full as always.Cagey Tiger wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 11:59 amI thought the same myself when i read the article in the paper (sorry, its behind The Times paywall). Barnesy even put his hand up to "commentator's curse"

Squidge Rugby has done an excellent analysis piece on Tigers recovery under Borthwick. Does make you sad about Ford and Moroni (probably) leaving

Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Well worth a watch and as you say it does make you lament the loss of Ford at the end of the season.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Fri Jun 17, 2022 8:39 am https://youtu.be/1b2UbTOoT1Y

Win or lose at the weekend, we have had a remarkable season, from 11h to 6th to 1st is well above my expectations, changes for next season will be interesting, but at least we are evolving now rather then wholesale trying to buy in success.
"If you want entertainment, go to the theatre," says Edinburgh head coach Richard Cockerill. "Rugby players play the game to win.15/1/21.

Think I can definitely answer this one.
It's official, there has been sufficient progress under Borthwick this season

You are our Borthwick, our only Borthwick,
You make us happy when skies are grey,
You never notice how much we love you,
Don't take out Borthwick away.

IDK I feel like we should fire Borthwick now.
The fact we failed to win the Prem Cup was disgraceful!!! /s

For those of us not lucky enough to be a Twickenham yesterday I would imagine the majority watched the game on BT sport. I actually watched the game on ITV4 and there was a segment before the game where Dave Flatman gave us an insight into what makes Steve Borthwick a great coach and all about his attention to detail. Still available on catch up.

Perhaps a performance action plan for 24 months, thus putting an embargo in place whilst he pulls his socks up ...same for Super Sir Kev and Mr Walters....
