Another call by the assistant for a scrum penalty to Tigers.. ref calls play on again..this ref is so arrogant.. if you can’t see the far side of the scrum and your assistant calls something how can you just ignore it!

Haha this is comedy, clock is ticking, he calls the scrum up but doesn’t stop the clock, so bizarre!!

defenders weren't back 10 on that tap by Hanro and Oz pointed out hands in the ruck too both right in front of Sir...
Also on their last mark the 14 caught it but the 9 took the tap, what are the rules around that?
