Does the cup final in Paris count?
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Agree. He was looking for the ball not at Fritz. Accidental clash of heads, Yes, Red Card, Yes. Given the circumstances IMO the red is enough sanction as there was no intent - we shall see.

Gibson-Park was as bad, if not worse, but yellow. Inconsistent. End of.

Ian Cant wrote: Sun Apr 10, 2022 9:03 pm Terrific performance. Tactics for this game were spot on with a better mix of kicking and running rugby. Genge excellent as leader of the pack and captain. Chessum put in a hell of a shift too.Thought a Ford started a bit shakily but the played superbly.JVP was along with all the players superb. As for Reffell, proved today what a class act he is: the tackle and turnover in the first half when a Clermont try could have made a difference to their confidence was sensational.
Areas to improve: certainly the line out where I think we weren’t at our best with not straight throw ins etc.
Now we have to make sure we finish the job at home.
Epic performance and result. Most exciting of all is that we can still go another 15-20%. This coaching team is gold dust. A very well balanced squad of highly talented players who are being managed exceptionally well. Balancing the books, recruitment, academy / community engagement all will follow suit. Tigers are back !

I’m with you Big Dai,infuriating! So he didn’t see him,it’s accidental ,yet it’s a red card. It just blows my mind how the powers that be have got this law so wrong!

Glad more folk are agreeing its a farcical red. I'm not sure it will sway the citing commission but hopefully common sense prevails and they see that the sending off was enough and no further action should he taken

When Ollie Smith went over at Munster, I think I broke a ceiling light as I jumped up ! Humphreys at 10, hidden on the wing.

The Telegraph says "the Porter red card was a gaffe" and "there was zero foul play, usually a stipulation for a red card." Wow, some sense for a change.

Have not seen the game as I’m away at the moment. I’m hoping it will still be available to stream when I get back?
