It's deeply frustrating as a fan not to know who is available. But frankly if not knowing impedes our opponents ability to prepare to play us, then I am all for that!

It would be even more annoying if they did not make the team announcement until an hour before kick off. At least you get the team the day before and know who you are going to see…..

Quite right Tigerbeat I remember the days in Deano’s era when 30 minutes before kick off a host of changes from the announced team would be made which usually meant that a number of star players were suddenly “injured”.

Ah! "Mr Richards will not be with us today. The Chief Constable requires his assistance"

Those were the days 😀

The story is that Rod Kafer was once told by Deano that he was to be injured in the pre-match warm up so a change could be made to the announced team, Kafer was not in agreement with the suggestion and was assured by Deano that he would either be injured on the pitch or on his way back to the changing room.

See Byron Mcguigan only ended up with a 3 week suspension for his judo throw and assault on (can’t remember which of the Sarries players). Seems a little lenient given some of the ones we’ve seen

Cameron Henderson posted on instagram a pic of him in a Tigers shirt with a hourglas caption.

Hopefully a sign he's fit soon
