Yes! And I believe he was also thinking about joining Toulouse, so he must have something about him that the rest of us don't see!kpj tiger wrote: ↑Mon Oct 11, 2021 1:20 pmMichalak as a coachRobespierre wrote: ↑Mon Oct 11, 2021 12:57 pm It’s rumoured that Frédéric Michalak is about to join Toulon as a “consultant” for the three-quarters. Tom Young to Cardiff
Don’t know if good or bad for us with Reffell.
Good in that another open side going to wales so limits how much they might try to pinch Reffell.

Can only be good,Jac Morgan looks the real deal at the moment anyway. That’s one position Wales aren’t stuck for choiceRagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Oct 13, 2021 11:04 am Tom Young to Cardiff

The name and the player makes the news (still).
All time great Carlos Spencer to coach in the MLS.
Really would have been interesting if he would have put pen to paper for Leicester as was strongly intimated in times past........

Doesn’t Steve Diamond have an ownership stake in Sale? I seem to remember reading that before. Surely he’d have to sell that before working elsewhere

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2020-21
Prior to their omission from England's Autumn International squad Neil Fissler in 'The Rugby Paper' (17/10/21) speculated that both Vunipola brothers could be heading to France in time for next season. Both apparently coming to the end of their Saracens contracts, both facing pay cuts due to new salary cap restriction (all right stop laughing , I know it never bothered them in the past...) and both now surplus to requirements for England.

Apparently Bordeaux interested in a 'job lot' both of them, Clermont are looking for a Number 8 whilst Lyon,Toulon,Racing,
Montpellier and Stade Francais would be interested if either/both were available.
