The churn continues. Eddie Jones cannot be a nice guy to work for.

Mitchell’s list of previous employers is a lengthy one. Not sure you can draw anything from this particular departure. Mitchell was always going to move on.Tigers86asw wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 8:39 pm The churn continues. Eddie Jones cannot be a nice guy to work for.

That's a pity I really rated him, I guess though he was a bit like Cips.kk20gb30 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 8:46 am Once touted as a future international and rising star , though conspicuous by his absence from the Saints first team in the last season or two, Harry Mallinder leaves Northampton for Japan :

Sorry to be a bit vague but I always saw Mallinder as a big free running player who like to play his own game and not play to a team plan and that's how I saw Cips. Bit of a maverick, but Its only my image and opinion and I'm sure others will possibly disagree?Dokie wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 9:30 pmSorry, can you explain the comparison.LE18 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 9:26 pmThat's a pity I really rated him, I guess though he was a bit like Cips.kk20gb30 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 8:46 am Once touted as a future international and rising star , though conspicuous by his absence from the Saints first team in the last season or two, Harry Mallinder leaves Northampton for Japan :

Is he any good, I happen to know a club that could do with an attack coach?kk20gb30 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 8:40 am Scarlets attack coach Richard Whiffin leaves the club :

Eddie has always liked to use different coaches to keep things fresh. Even when he had a full staff he used to have guest coaches come in for short periods.Tigers86asw wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 8:39 pm The churn continues. Eddie Jones cannot be a nice guy to work for.

Potentially this is the one we missed out on...anyone ex Scarlets tends to have a positive view on how to play the game, it's part of their DNA.kk20gb30 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24, 2021 8:41 am Former Welsh international in line to replace John Mitchell as England defence coach :

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2020-21
Just thinking that when Steve Borthwick joined Tigers we had to wait about 6 months for his release from the England contract. Here we have another England Coach John Mitchell, appearing to join Wasps straight away. Why??? Has a release bunce been waved I wonder..
To the world you may be just one person.
But to that one person you may be the world!
