Could well be on for a repeat of the Champions Cup Final should Toulouse be victorious over Bordeaux-Begles in the second semi....La Rochelle await.

Toulouse 24 Bordeaux 21. The Top14 final will be a repeat of the Champions’ Cup final, La Rochelle v Toulouse. Although I’m a Toulouse supporter, I think La Rochelle may be favourites. Next Saturday at 9.00 at Stade de France !

Not sure who else watched it but why on earth did Bordeaux kick the last pen rathr than go for a try?

I'm all for respecting the 3 points but on 75 mins or whenever you have to go for it!

I tried to connect to a stream but eventually gave up so didn’t see the match. Bordeaux we’re down to 14 and should have been put away by Toulouse, who will find La Rochelle tougher opposition in the final.

The final is in fact on Friday night, the 25th.

Romain Ntamack was stretchered off injured in the semi against Bordeaux following a high tackle, for which the Bordeaux player was sent off, and will probably not be available for the final.
This would be a serious blow for Toulouse before Friday's final against La Rochelle, and would confirm La Rochelle as favourites.

Unfortunately, Romain Ntamack will not be available for selection for Friday's final against La Rochelle. He suffered concussion in a dangerous tackle in the semi-final against Bordeaux and won't be considered for the final.
His place will probably be taken by Thomas Ramos.

Jerome Kaino, 38 years old, will play the last match of an outstanding career tomorrow evening for Toulouse in the Top14 final against La Rochelle.
He's amassed 83 All Black caps and two World Cup winners' medals (2011 & 2015) and he's been with Toulouse for three seasons.
Let's hope he goes out with a bang helping Toulouse to their 21st title as Champions. La Rochelle, however, will be more than formidable opposition, and I for one wouldn't begrudge them their first title!

The match (kick off 7h45 UK time) is being shown in the UK on Premier Sports, on France2 in France, or on streaming.
Not to be missed!!

I think it is being shown on their FreeSports platform so you just need to register and no payment. I have not done that before but will be trying to do so tomorrow night. It is on their schedule.

Good news, Offside! Over here, the final is always shown on France2, a terrestrial channel, whereas the Top14 during the season is shown on Canal+, that is pay tv. Also, I hope the 3-match series of Les Bleus in Australia will be on France2!

Amazing player, what a servant to the global game! Perhaps the best blindside flanker New Zealand have ever produced? They have certainly struggled to find a consistent longterm replacement since he left in 2017.
