Wales and vs 14; name a more iconic duo...
No, not that one!
Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...
I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021
Can rugby players stop cheap-shotting Welsh props in rucks? Because at the moment red cards are gifting Wales the tournament.
That doesn’t detract from LRZ’s try though, sensational.

Ellis today seemed below par, over exuberant, his dispute with his opposite prop could possibly get him into trouble, the camera caught him lying on top of his prop, face to face, forehead to forehead, what went on, could he get Cited?JP14 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 09, 2021 9:57 am https://youtu.be/BYHl_M_1i6o
Ellis Genge's hilarious breakdown of the props aside, this video highlights for me a fundamental flaw with Farrell's leadership. After the defeat to Scotland, he frequently repeats "I think we've got to make stuff happen, boys"...
We? Our captain kicks away possession with a 7 on 3 overlap and has the audacity to claim that it's the team's responsibility to mix it up? At least Jones, for all his faults, takes the hit for England's poor performances.

Massive opportunity missed by Scotland. In tournament play every game matters - not just those against the 'Auld Enemy'...

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021
That was a great game. Scotland blew that but Wales did amazing to hold on. It was a red card, but not as bad as the POM one, which was brain dead.
You can only beat what is in front of you and that is what Wales have done. They didn’t get anyone sent off, the opposition did by being daft and not thinking.
Hogg is a must for the Lions. And there should be more Scottish than 2 in the squad this year....
Well done Wales. Won the game and must be great for confidence in their camp.
Scotland need to put it all in against every team, not just England.

There is never any points for 2nd place...

I agree Hogg, the Mish, Price, Sutherland and maybe Russell & J.Gray should all be in contention.Dr H Flashman MBE wrote: ↑Sun Feb 14, 2021 9:59 am That was a great game. Scotland blew that but Wales did amazing to hold on. It was a red card, but not as bad as the POM one, which was brain dead.

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021
An exciting game with two teams playing a "Mixed" game. The tap tackle by Watkin at the end was the game winning moment.
Some big calls by Pivac yesterday, will be interesting to see the run on XV v England.

To win is not as important as playing with style!

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021
Ireland v France kicks off shortly and the only question is the margin of French victory!! I say by 12. What are your thoughts ?

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021
I think this tournament is France’s to lose. Mind you, they are more than capable of doing that. Expect France to win by double figures (10 or more points).
