Mild flashbacks.

We are a mid table team now IMO and Sale a top 4 challenging team, we outplayed them for a good period. But for an intercept try that was a close game. 20 min down to 14 and it's tough against a good side.

In good news we played till the whistle amd kept going for points till the last min

I dont think that was Sales best though, and they were missing 4/5. Feels like a chance lost and that’s what hurts. He took a while to grow on me when he returned but how good is George Ford?! Irreplaceable!

I think so, he's the glue. Singlehandedly kept us up last year!

Like us Player power wasn't nipped in the bud, the end result is never good, still to be convinced it has gone at Tigers.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

I think it was poor last year tbh,Bath were in with a playoff shout until the death and they were very ordinary. It's been a poor league for a while bar 2 or 3 teams really.

A game it seemed like neither team wanted to win it.

...and, unless I missed something, Marco van Staden pretty invisible throughout.

You're spot on. Such a stop start season it's hard for teams to get any cohesion. So many international fixtures meaning chop and change teams only making the lack of cohesion worse.

Had a few carries but wasn't super obvious. Though on yesterday's performance you wouldn't have thought Wiese has been our best forward this season, one quiet game doesn't say too much.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

It wasn't great but it seemed like there was more teams in the upward space.
Outside of Exeter and Bristol it really seems that any team could beat anyone and not in a good way.
