Would be nice to see him this side of the Channel once more , but should a move happen another French club the most likely option.Montpellier too, seem set for a season of change with a new coach coming in and other possible departures.
Northampton could certainly do with him back. 35 in February though so can understand why Montpellier are letting his contract expire and not offering him another bumper pay day.

For once I'm not thinking I hope we get that half decent 8. Weise has been exceptional since he's joined and really has that shirt nailed down.
I’d take him for a season and play him at 6!
Over Liebenburg? Dunno Hanro's workrate at six is pretty immense and then young Martin is coming through and playing some blindside as well. I've liked what I've seen from Chessum as well.

If Taufua doesn't stay (and I hope he does) then a one year deal for bench impact and act as a mentor would be good.

I’d push Hanro into the second row.

Personally think Lavannini & Martin will be our starting 2nd row next year.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

I'd put Wells first on the team sheet, captain material for me, leads by example and always gives 100%.

That is true, he also gives away a lot of penalties.

So did a certain Martin Johnson IIRC.

With all due respect to Harry that's about the only comparison you could make between the two of them.

With all due respect, using "gives away a lot of penalties" without any context like the role he plays (heavily involved at the breakdown - penalty central) or the strength of the team he's in (pretty dire until this season and finding it's feet this season, so the team as a whole will tend to give away more penalties than average) is a bit superficial and does him something of a disservice. Also, to be getting penalties shows that he is getting involved, something that some players have been accused of not doing in the recent past.

Yes, it is a valid observation, and something for him to work on, but only a moderate black mark when taken in context. All IMHO of course.

Along with a report linking a return to Leicester for Freddie Burns there is speculation that Sinoti Sinoti could move to Worcester :

Would be a very good coup for Newcastle if true.
