Looks a unit and only 23. With Genge away for a third of every season with England and there a possibility Gigena might be involved Argentina another body is a good idea.RagingBull wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 4:06 pm Gloucester, Leicester, Edinbrugh also interested in Loosehead prop Boan Venter

A potential De Bruin replacement, plays both sides in the highlights, looks powerful in the scrum and has some serious wheels for a propRagingBull wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 4:06 pm Gloucester, Leicester, Edinbrugh also interested in Loosehead prop Boan Venter

Are there any rugby players left who aren't South African?
Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope
No subtext or agenda, genuine question. Normally, it's around this time of year with January fast approaching that we begin to hear about clubs speaking to players from other clubs, a drip feed of players contracts being renewed or not etc. I'm obviously thinking in terms of Tigers recruitment and departures etc for September 2021. So question, what is the timing likely to be this year, will it shift to March or.............I know the season started late - so what impact does that have on recruitment for the following season.

By all accounts, a very highly regarded S&C coach - seems as if Bristol have bagged a good un'!

Because this is the Tigers "recruitment" thread? We seem to be more than happy with Aled, so not looking elsewhere and we have a non-Tigers "recruitment" topic? However, as the person who created this thread, RB, and the person who maintains the initial list superbly well, you're the person best placed to decide what belongs on this topicRagingBull wrote: ↑Thu Dec 24, 2020 4:49 pmWhy?MCC1964 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 24, 2020 4:38 pmWrong thread perhaps?RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Dec 23, 2020 8:37 pm Strength and Conditioning coach Pete Burridge joins Bristol Bears today

Cagey, he was a member of Aled's team - a senior S&C coach.
Seems that he's a Somerset lad, and with the help of Lansdown's cash, Bris have recently opened an £11m, state of the art, 'high performance centre'.

I would guess that this combination might be hard to resist.

My apologies. I thought it was just a general recruitment statement for another team - I had now idea he used to work for us!RagingBull wrote: ↑Thu Dec 24, 2020 4:49 pmWhy?MCC1964 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 24, 2020 4:38 pmWrong thread perhaps?RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Dec 23, 2020 8:37 pm Strength and Conditioning coach Pete Burridge joins Bristol Bears today

Rugby Paper saying Tigers are chasing Tommy Taylor.
Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope
If this is this probably means no Montoya
