Wiese just makes yards every time he gets the ball, even in heavy traffic, great old school no.8.

Have been very impressed by him. Just what we needed

It might just be me, but this week and last week our actual tackling does seem better.
Especially the sheer amount of dominant tackles.

Decent start, thoroughly average 10 minutes then seemed to settle down and regain our discipline.

Impressive displays by Steward, Heyes and Wiese with some great carries and support play by Taufua. Like the look of this back row. Moroni looks like he’ll be a great signing and Bonilla has settled down and kicked pretty well off the tee.

Need to find another gear for the second half and get another 3 tries for the BP

Definitely warmed to the task - shame the half ended when it did - need to ensure we come back out and pick up where we left off.
A bit more fluency in attack would be nice, but hopefully that'll come as the backline gels.
Forwards operating well, a couple of daft pens aside - think Lavanini was a millisecond from executing a great hit but mistimed slightly. We did want someone that was going to put it about a bit though remember!

Only saw 20-40 mins but we are so dominant up front we should just continue to pulverise them to win this - every carry we are getting over the gain line.

Impressed by the ref.

Heyes, Weise and Steward having good games - would like to see more of Nadolo obvs.

When the Tigers locks stopped giving away stupid penalties the side looked quite useful. Big runners making plenty of headway.

Took time to wake up but that last 15 was good from Tigers. Ref doing well and no TMO to distract him. Some nice carries. Our dicipline is improving after the talking to after the tackle in the air.

Think it's taken more out of the opposition that half than us. Hopefully that will show in the last 20.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Ref is having a really good game - of course, it's easy to say that now. We may all change our tune come 80 mins!

I don't know why, but that's not what I expected a Georgian accent to sound like.

Taufua is an odd one for me, is he a great player? Obviously yes.

Is he the best 6 though at the club? Not for me
Is he the best 7, not for me at the club.
Also isn’t the best 8 either.

Does the club or a player of his calibre really want to be on the bench? Would love to know where he thinks his best position is. Wouldn’t mind seeing him at 6 with a proper openside and Wiese at 8 though. That could work nicely.
