Summat is badly wrong here. Losing good people, no credible explanation.

Arguably the clubs best acquisition in the last few years is now leaving, he’s about one of the few people I had in faith in turning Tigers around...... don’t know what to think now. :smt017

I don't see how SB can have the time to effectively coach the team and be involved in the recruitment of players. With the financial constraints of reduced salary cap and no match day income we need a clever recruiter who can find the right quality of player who will accept the right salary. Yes we need to continue to develop our young players but there will always be a need to bring in players at certain times if the youngsters need that extra season to reach peak performance levels. Currently we are a couple of coaches short of the ideal situation and as such need to have players who can help coach and mentor youngsters.

Is there anyone left at the club who knows what they're doing?

There is some sort of purge going on & it doesn't sit right, Murphy & McGinity were the 2 who apparently got us through the lockdown & the contract hassles, yet now both kicked out, I worry now who us going to get the not DOR role.
How long before Aled decides that South Wales looks nice?

I disagree as one of the real bright sparks since he joined, we should have done our very best to keep him, even promoted him to the amalgamated role that he and GM have left behind.

As is your prerogative and I see no evidence of his spark being bright.
